Speaker: Terri Rogers, OW Lee

Terri Lee Rogers is the CEO and VP of Sales for OW Lee Co., Inc, a manufacturer of luxury outdoor furniture, where she has worked for the past 25 years devoting much of her time developing sales & marketing as well has enriching the OW Lee brand. In addition to managing the sales team, Terri also is in charge of the corporate administration of OW Lee and is the Granddaughter to the founder, Oddist Winfred Lee (OW).  

Terri is also been involved with the various trade organizations over the past 20 years, was the first woman to serve as Chairman of the Board of the International Casual Furniture Association, and most recently, joined the San Antonio Manufacturers Association. Prior to her casual furniture life, Terri worked in the legal field, as a secretary to a Federal judge as well as running her own paralegal business for many years.

Terri is married with 2 adult children that also are involved with the management of OW Lee Co (4th generation). In her spare time, she enjoys golf, exercise, travel and most of all, spending time with her family and her 4 grandchildren.

VISION: We will continue to support our fellow Dominion Boss Ladies that have a career, non-working, small business and/or active in non-profits to help bring connections their way.

PURPOSE: Create a community that brings fellow Dominion Boss ladies together. Build connections between women through networking, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
