Work Out In Our World-Class Fitness Center!

Stay healthy and fit in our state-of-the-art Fitness Center, designed to accommodate all fitness levels. We have everything you need to create, and meet your fitness goals!

Dress Code: Proper athletic attire and closed toe shoes are required. Golf spikes and swimwear are not permitted.

General Policies: The Fitness Center is open to Members, ages 14 and over. We do offer personal, and group training to younger Members. No outside Trainers are permitted.

Fitness Center

Our New Fitness Center Includes

  • The FitRig FreeMotion Functional Training Rig.
  • FreeMotion Cable-based strength equipment, designed to develop and strengthen through a free range of motion, and target multiple muscle groups with one machine.
  • FreeMotion Treadmills that feature built-in fans, an incline of 30%, as well a decline option of 3%. They include workouts by GoogleMaps TM, and training designed by Jillian Michaels, as well as goal specific programs.
  • FreeMotion Ellipticals and Recumbent bikes.
  • FreeMotion Tour De France bikes with incline, and decline adjustments.
  • All cardio equipment is equipped with personal TVs.
  • Free weight area with dumbbells up to 100 pounds, barbells, and benches.
  • Certified Personal Trainers and expert Fitness Instructors.
  • A variety of group exercise classes, included with your membership: everything from Indoor Cycle, Yoga, Pilates Core, Zumba, and intensive cardio classes.
  • Workshops and fitness related clinics.
  • Speed & Agility training groups for Teens.
  • Weight Room Basics for students.
  • Golf and Tennis specific training.



To ensure your spot in class, reservations are required during this time. Spots are limited to 8 people per class. Please know we are holding our fitness classes outside on the North Terrance to ensure social distancing. Please download the Club Mobile App, ForeTees to make reservations.
