This sole purpose of this 30 minute session is to Maximize Athletic Potential for a day of golf! You'll prepare the body for big swings and continued performance and focus throughout the day. Golf specific Mobility, Strength, and Power will all be incorporated to activate and potentiate you for a great day on the course. Written and conducted by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and former collegiate athletic performance coach, Abel Gomez.
Tailored to all Tennis athletes aspiring to maximize their physical potential. The program will focus on an Explosive first step, better Speed to the ball, Quicker change of direction, and more swing Power. Proper athletic / biomechanical movement will be taught and emphasized leading to a more efficient, resilient athlete who is less prone to injury. This will all be written and conducted by a former collegiate athletic performance coach and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Come focused and ready to Work Hard and Have Fun!
