                      Julie Goodall
Fitness Director

Julie has spent the last 5 years at Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and Athletics Director. She has also been teaching classes at Lifetime Fitness for over 3 years. Julie began personal training at Gainesville Health & Fitness Center while in college at the University of Florida in 1991. It was truly a life changing experience to have had the privilege of working for Joe Ciruli, a world-renowned expert in the fitness industry, and Ellington Darden, a best-selling fitness author. Both are still respected in the industry. They have instilled a passion for fitness and member wellness that Julie is excited to share with Dominion members. In her free time Julie is usually found on the sidelines of football or lacrosse fields across San Antonio with her two boys.
     Warren Rohmfeld
Warren is a certified NASM Personal Trainer, TPI Golf Fitness Specialist, and USTPA - Elite 1 Tennis Instructor.  He brings an extensive background as a tennis and fitness professional.  If you are seeking a sport specific or high performance training program Warren holds an advance NASM - Performance Enhancement Specialist Certification and a Corrective Exercise Training.  Warren enjoys helping all clients improve their movement and quality of life.  His promise to all is clients is "I will do no harm".  When not training or teaching tennis you can find Warren biking, swimming, weight training or paddle boarding.  He looks forward to meeting you and helping your reach your individual fitness goals.
     Cheryl Green
Cheryl has a passion for fitness and health.  She has been teaching various fitness classes for over 8 years.  She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of the Incarnate Word in business, where she graduated Cum Laude. She holds multiple certifications that include: personal training, group strength, group fitness, and a spin certification. She is also a bikini bodybuilding competitor. Cheryl loves to coach other competitors. In her free time, she loves to paint and teach painting classes.  She is the mother of two very active boys and loves watching them excel in sports.
     Paco Miranda
Paco started his fitness career 20 years ago in his home country of Puerto Rico, where he owned and operated his own gym (Natural Fitness Center). In addition to his own gym, Paco was the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Massage Therapist for professional baseball and volleyball teams throughout Puerto Rico. Paco has been in San Antonio for the past 14 years and has worked as Fitness Director/Head trainer for Spectrum Athletic Clubs and most recently as a freelance strength & conditioning coach, movement and stability coach, IYCA-SAC coach (speed, agility & coordination), PNF instructor, (Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitated stretch), personal trainer and fitness consultant.  Paco designs individualized sport-specific strength and conditioning programs for youth athletes as well as weekend warriors!
     Patrick Hafner
Patrick is a Certified Personal Trainer thru National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), specializing in strength training, weight loss and endurance training.  Patrick developed a love for fitness at an early age, spending most of his time playing football, baseball and enjoying the outdoors of northern Minnesota.  He attended the University of Minnesota Duluth where he pursued a degree in Exercise Science and worked with collegiate athletes including football, basketball and soccer players.  In his free time he enjoys hiking, cycling and kayaking and loves hitting the weights.
    Monica Reininger
Monica has 25 years of experience in the field of exercise and fitness.  Originally from San Antonio, she recently joined us from our sister Club in Austin, Onion Creek, and has been part of the Dominion Golf Group for 8 years.
Monica is certified in both Basic and Advanced Personal Training and is a Registered 200hr Yoga Instructor.  She is also certified in Zumba and by the Titleist Performance Institute in Golf Fitness.  Her specialties include Multi-joint and Athletic Conditioning.  Monica has spend many years working with all ages from teens to seniors.  She also has experience working with pre and post rehab exercise, as well as special illnesses and conditions. 
Away from work, Monica's hobbies include running, cross training, snow skiing to include downhill racing competitions, reading and having fun!      
     Jonathan Andrews
Jonathan is a former Division 1 athlete from Huntsville Texas, where he did the decathlon for Sam Houston State University. While developing his athletic talents Jonathan also obtained a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. His areas of expertise are building functional movement skills and coordination as well as facilitating a healthy way of life. Jonathan enjoys getting to meet new people and to help others achieve their goals. He is excited to have the opportunity to become a positive influence in this great community!  
     Marsha Watson
Marsha’s lifelong passion for health and fitness is to inspire others to create powerful, strong bodies both inside and out, through consistent exercise, healthy eating and healthy everyday lifestyle choices. Her fitness background includes 30 years experience as a group fitness instructor, and now, as a professionally trained Peak Pilates instructor and Fitness Trainer. From guiding younger clients toward positive body awareness, and enhanced performance, to encouraging our aging population to faithfully practice being healthy and exercising, I am enthusiastic to teach all ages the importance of fitness and overall health! 

 Jessica Worthey 
Jessica Worthey, RYT200, has a true passion for yoga. She shares her heart with every student that crosses her path and feels that she grows from their growth. Seva, or service to others is the intent of her instruction. Let Jess know what areas need to be worked on, and she can develop a personalized program of instruction to meet your needs. She is available for one-on-one private, small group, couple sessions, and group classes. She resides in San Antonio with her two boys, Wyatt and Colt. She taught Special Education for 10 years. She also enjoys the outdoors and traveling. Stop by and say “hi” to Jess, your yoga instructor!
