GOLF ASSOCIATIONS & GROUPS
A great way to build new friendships and have fun is to join at least one of The Dominion’s golf associations or groups. Being a great golfer is definitely not a membership requirement. Just call the indicated Member and they will provide you with all you need to know about joining and participating.
Dominion Women’s Golf Association
The annual dues are $20.00. Ladies play day is Thursday morning - women only. This group is also referred to as "Women’s 18 Holers."
Women "9 Holers" Association
New to the game of golf or don’t have the time to fit in 18 holes of golf during the week? Then this is the association for you. We’re not trying to be the next Nancy Lopez, we’re just out to have fun, play a little golf and enjoy the day. Play days are on Thursday morning.
Mixed Foursomes
No dues, just fun. This every other month couples event is held on Sunday afternoons. Call or stop by The Golf Center for additional details.
Sundowners
Everybody’s invited! Couples 9 hole event held every third Friday evening of the month, June through August. Great way to ease into the weekend, and includes Friday night Pasta buffet.
Men’s Night Out
Great fun for the guys. 9 hole events held every Wednesday evening in June, July and August. Come out and meet some new friends.
Hole In One Club
Congratulations! You could already be a member of the Hole in One Club. All golf members and spouses are automatically included unless you notify the Golf Center that you do not wish to be included in the club. Each club member is billed $10.00 only if a hole in one is made. The Member making the hole in one receives 80% of the money in the form of merchandise credits and 20% goes to the Member in cash. Credit must be used for golf shop merchandise only.
Golf Outings
If you are thinking about holding a company golf tournament or a charitable golf event, don’t forget your own Club. Your Club has many package rates available that include guest fees, cart fees, range balls, Golf Center gift certificates and complete food and beverage service. The golf professionals can help with your format, rule sheets, pairings, scoring and any special requests. Please contact The Golf Center for further information.
