Erin Dougherty
General Manager
Erin Dougherty joined The Dominion Golf Group in January of 2007 as General Manager of The Dominion Country Club past home of the PGA Senior Tour, SBC Championship. Erin's club experience includes General Manager positions at the prestigious Indian Wells Country Club, former home to the PGA Tour, Bob Hope Chrysler Classic and as opening General Manager of the exclusive Stone Eagle Club in Palm Desert California. Management positions includes Four Seasons and Omni hotels in South Florida and the 5 Star / 5 Diamond Little Nell Hotel in Aspen Colorado. |

Kathy Jafarian
Club Controller
Kathy joined The Dominion Golf Group, as Club Controller at The Dominion Country Club in December, 2006. Kathy has over 19 years experience as a club controller in both the private and public golf at River Place Country Club and at the Balcones Country Club. Prior experience includes Jeremy Ranch in Park City, Utah, former home of the Showdown Classic Senior PGA Tour Event. In addition to her Club duties at Jeremy Ranch Kathy volunteered her services on the steering committee of the Showdown Classic for five years as the Senior PGA player liaison as well as the Finance Manager. |

Jonnie DeCotis joined The Dominion Golf Group as Director of Marketing & Sales in June of 2006. Jonnie has over 17 years experience in the Private Club Industry excelling in positions of Director of Membership, Regional Sales Director and Corporate Sales Development for such well know companies as Club Sports International and the Concord Athletic Club. |

Director of Golf
Anthony's experience includes head golf professional/director of golf with Oak Pointe Country Club in Michigan, and with Providence Country Club in North Carolina. He has a B.A. in Marketing and a Professional Golf Management degree from Ferris State University. |

Barry Mills
Director of Tennis
Barry's experience includes over 25 years as an amateur and professional player, teacher, and coach. He directed international junior tennis programs in Europe, was head coach of the U.S. Tennis Association Area Training Center in San Antonio, and is the president of San Antonio's Professional Tennis Association. |

Tony Miller
Director of Agronomy
Tony has worked for the Arnold Palmer Golf Management Group, The Woodlands Resort and Country Club, Tour 18 Properties, The Memphis National Golf Club and Paloma Golf Group. He has a degree in turfgrass management from Michigan State University. |

Jay Nash
Executive Chef
Jay's experience includes working in Austin as a chef with Austin Micro Brewers, Barton Creek Country Club, and River Place Country Club. Previously, he was a chef in New York and Minnesota after attending the Culinary Institute of America in New York. |

Director of Maintenance
John Voelker joined The Dominion Golf Group, August of 2006 as the Director of Facilities Maintenance for The Dominion Country Club. John's responsibilities include, all structural, mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems for the Clubhouse and surrounding buildings. |
