From the Kitchen Notebook:  Did You Know:  

We make fresh mashed potatoes twice a day using Yukon Gold Potatoes.  Since they have a very thin skin, they are not peeled first which means our mashers have more nutritional value.

Our standard Hamburger patties are a full half pound – 8oz.  We use a mix that is 80% lean to insure a juicy, flavorful burger that is not excessively greasy.

We make many of our own ice creams and sorbets in house using our Italian Ice Cream Machine.

Our kitchen can prepare many special items with 24 hours notice.  This includes classic tableside cuisine such as Steak Diane, Lobster Thermodor, and Bananas Foster

Custom birthday Cakes are available with 24-hour notice .

Though our dinner menu is designed to provide a gourmet experience, with interesting sauces, sides, and preparations, all our fare---including Fresh Fish, Chicken Breast, Beef, and other meats are available as honest and unadorned selections with no sauces, seasonings, or toppings.

Available Tuesday thru Thursday!  You don’t have to worry who is going to do the cooking for the family any more.  The Dominion edibles menu features a complete hot dinner for 2 or 4 persons at a down home price.
