Rachael joined The Dominion Golf Group in July 2009 managing key Club and Corporate level positions in Accounting and Food and Beverage until landing in her desired position as Director of Catering for The Dominion Country Club in the spring of 2010. Rachael’s prior experience includes extensive culinary, hospitality and customer service training with Norwegian Cruise Lines, the Honolulu Pacific Club and Balcones Country Club in Austin Texas.
