                      Julie Goodall
Fitness Director

Julie has spent the last 5 years at Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and Athletics Director. She has also been teaching classes at Lifetime Fitness for over 3 years. Julie began personal training at Gainesville Health & Fitness Center while in college at the University of Florida in 1991. It was truly a life changing experience to have had the privilege of working for Joe Ciruli, a world-renowned expert in the fitness industry, and Ellington Darden, a best-selling fitness author. Both are still respected in the industry. They have instilled a passion for fitness and member wellness that Julie is excited to share with Dominion members. In her free time Julie is usually found on the sidelines of football or lacrosse fields across San Antonio with her two boys.
 
     Amy Imbriale
Amy has been in the fitness field for over 25 years, the first 6 years as a nationally ranked competitive body-builder – culminating with the title “Ms. Arizona.”  In addition to her athletic success, she is also a Personal Trainer, a group exercise instructor, and a Pilates and yoga instructor.  A highlight of her career was teaching Pilates and yoga to the Cadet Triathlon team at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Recently she has taken up the game of golf and has been able to utilize her fitness experience and knowledge to maximize strength and flexibility required for the golf swing. Amy is married to a retired military officer and has two children. In their spare time they like to explore the Texas countryside on their Harley Davidsons.
 
     Cheryl Green
Cheryl has a passion for fitness and health.  She has been teaching various fitness classes for over 8 years.  She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of the Incarnate Word in business, where she graduated Cum Laude. She holds multiple certifications that include: personal training, group strength, group fitness, and a spin certification. She is also a bikini bodybuilding competitor. Cheryl loves to coach other competitors. In her free time, she loves to paint and teach painting classes.  She is the mother of two very active boys and loves watching them excel in sports.
 
     Paco Miranda
Paco started his fitness career 20 years ago in his home country of Puerto Rico, where he owned and operated his own gym (Natural Fitness Center). In addition to his own gym, Paco was the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Massage Therapist for professional baseball and volleyball teams throughout Puerto Rico. Paco has been in San Antonio for the past 14 years and has worked as Fitness Director/Head trainer for Spectrum Athletic Clubs and most recently as a freelance strength & conditioning coach, movement and stability coach, IYCA-SAC coach (speed, agility & coordination), PNF instructor, (Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitated stretch), personal trainer and fitness consultant.  Paco designs individualized sport-specific strength and conditioning programs for youth athletes as well as weekend warriors!
 
     Patrick Hafner
Patrick is a Certified Personal Trainer thru National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), specializing in strength training, weight loss and endurance training.  Patrick developed a love for fitness at an early age, spending most of his time playing football, baseball and enjoying the outdoors of northern Minnesota.  He attended the University of Minnesota Duluth where he pursued a degree in Exercise Science and worked with collegiate athletes including football, basketball and soccer players.  In his free time he enjoys hiking, cycling and kayaking and loves hitting the weights.
 
     Tony Riojas, MS
Tony has been dedicated to raising the bar in the fitness industry throughout his career.  His passion and curiosity for human anatomy and physiology led him to pursue his undergraduate and master’s degree in Exercise Science at the University of Texas at San Antonio.  Tony then went on to attain his CSCS after college. Coach Tony has experience working with various age groups.  He has also worked with several athletes, to include numerous football players in the NFL, CFL, Super Bowl and Division I colleges.  Tony has also worked with world-class jiu-jitsu fighters and champions.
 
     Jonathan Andrews
Jonathan is a former Division 1 athlete from Huntsville Texas, where he did the decathlon for Sam Houston State University. While developing his athletic talents Jonathan also obtained a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. His areas of expertise are building functional movement skills and coordination as well as facilitating a healthy way of life. Jonathan enjoys getting to meet new people and to help others achieve their goals. He is excited to have the opportunity to become a positive influence in this great community!  
 
     Marsha Watson
Marsha’s lifelong passion for health and fitness is to inspire others to create powerful, strong bodies both inside and out, through consistent exercise, healthy eating and healthy everyday lifestyle choices. Her fitness background includes 30 years experience as a group fitness instructor, and now, as a professionally trained Peak Pilates instructor and Fitness Trainer. From guiding younger clients toward positive body awareness, and enhanced performance, to encouraging our aging population to faithfully practice being healthy and exercising, I am enthusiastic to teach all ages the importance of fitness and overall health! 

 
 Jessica Worthey 
Jessica Worthey, RYT200, has a true passion for yoga. She shares her heart with every student that crosses her path and feels that she grows from their growth. Seva, or service to others is the intent of her instruction. Let Jess know what areas need to be worked on, and she can develop a personalized program of instruction to meet your needs. She is available for one-on-one private, small group, couple sessions, and group classes. She resides in San Antonio with her two boys, Wyatt and Colt. She taught Special Education for 10 years. She also enjoys the outdoors and traveling. Stop by and say “hi” to Jess, your yoga instructor!
